TenantMagic will provide an online screening program for background checks on the guests of RV parks/resorts, campgrounds and glamping establishments. These services will also provide OHI member-parks with a potential additional revenue stream. National OHI members shopping at Lowe’s Home Improvement will now be eligible to receive discounts up to 10% on select products along with convenient ordering and pickups when using the Lowe’s 4 Pros program.

Park owners that want to protect their guests and their business can use TenantMagic to run background checks to determine that guests do not have a criminal or sex offender history and that they are financially viable. TenantMagic provides an online screening program for the guests where park managers can enter the email address of the guest into the program and the guest receives an email with a link to the screening form. Once completed, the manager receives the reports with full credit, criminal and sex offender reports.
