How do I register for OHCE®️?

I am attending OHCE®️ with a group, how do we get everyone registered?
This year, each attendee will register individually with a unique email. To register additional attendees from your team, simply use their unique email on a new registration. Each transaction in the registration system is for a single attendee.
If you know that you will be registering another person, we recommend NOT accepting the cookies on the registration page to help with the pre-population of information.

What is the Hosted Buyer Program?
It’s OHCE®️ for free! OHI’s unique Hosted Buyer Program connects participating OHCE®️ exhibitors with qualified park owners and decision-makers. Where do I find hotel information for Oklahoma City?
Hotel block information will be provided on the confirmation page after you complete your registration. Once you have made your reservation, you can refer to your confirmation email to make edits and changes through Thursday, October 3. After this point, changes may need to be made directly through the hotel.
We will not call you to book your hotel. The OHCE room block is only available online once you complete your registration through the registration link.
I am an active associate member and want to bring my spouse or business partner, but they are not a member. How do I get the member rate for them?
If you are an active member and want to bring someone who is not a member of OHI, please reach out to our staff at ohi-membership@ohi.org or at 303-681-0401 and we will see what we can do to assist you and your guest in the registration process.
Are there any campgrounds near OHCE I can stay at?
Absolutely! We recommend you utilize GoCampingAmerica.com to find a campground that fits your needs in OKC. A few OHI member campgrounds within a 30-minute drive are below:
Arcadia Lake/City of Edmond (20 miles)
Council Road RV Park (8.7 miles)
Road Runner RV (4.5 miles)
