As a Hosted Buyer, you will gain access to all professional development opportunities, network with the industry’s best, and schedule face-to-face meetings with exhibitors that fit your everyday needs — all at no cost to you!
Hosted buyers receive exclusive perks including:
- Waived registration fee for OHCE ($599 value)*
- Personalized 1:1 time with the exhibitors you choose (minimum of 6)
- Exclusive access to OHCE exhibitors and VIP experiences on the Expo Hall Floor

Hosted Buyers will receive instructions on how to set up 1:1 meetings with the OHCE exhibitors that fit your needs in mid-October. You will meet during the designated times during OHCE. This gives you the opportunity to discuss the solutions and products for your needs specifically. There is no obligation to purchase, however there will be incentives and savings available!
By joining the OHI Hosted Buyer Program you agree to:

Schedule and attend a minimum of 6 meetings with exhibitors at OHCE

Make sure the exhibitors you meet with “check you in” for each scheduled meeting to guarantee you get the credit for the meeting.

***Only decision makers that are members of OHI are eligible to participate. One representative from your organization may attend OHCE as a Hosted Buyer. Each Hosted Buyer attendee can bring one paid attendee to their scheduled appointments.
Based on your feedback, Hosted Buyer appointment hours are scheduled early on Tuesday, November 11 so that you will not miss any other programming at OHCE.
