As a Hosted Buyer, you will gain access to all professional development opportunities, network with the industry’s best, and schedule face-to-face meetings with exhibitors that fit your everyday needs — all at no cost to you!
Hosted buyers receive exclusive perks including:
- Waived registration fee for OHCE ($499 value)*
- Exclusive access to VIP experiences on the expo floor
- VIP check-in, so you can skip the line at registration
*If the Program Requirements are not fulfilled, the card on file will be charged $499 within 12 business days of the close of the conference.
By joining the OHI Hosted Buyer Program you agree to:
- Schedule and attend a minimum of 6 meetings with exhibitors at OHCE2024 in Oklahoma City on Monday, November 4, and Tuesday, November 5 on the expo floor during Hosted Buyer Expo floor hours (1-3 PM CST).
- Make sure the exhibitors you meet with scan your OHCE badge to “check you in” for each scheduled meeting to guarantee you get the credit for the meeting.
